Engineering workbooks
When I was teaching engineering graphics and AutoCAD, I co-authored a series of workbooks that isolated competencies in short application exercises .The advantage to this approach was that since each exercise focused one the mastery of a specific skill. This allows the instructor to quickly identify what skills that the student had mastered and what needed remediation. The covers illustrated below represent four of the five workbooks that were developed in support of this goal.
